It's October 12. I live in New England, and all around me the leaves are changing colors, the air is getting crisper, and the temperature is going down to highs of 50s on a daily basis. Those are regular changes that you expect. Wanna know another change? Austin alligning with Misty and Michelle...
YES, you read that correctly! In an innocent attempt to half-mockingly/half-seriously ask Misty why she kept voting for me (even though the answer is as obvious as why there's never been a black Pope), she told me that she wanted to work with me. At this point, I couldn't tell if i was being punk'd and Ashton Kutcher was gonna run into my dormroom. Is this crazy bitch serious? Hell yea she is, and I'm loving it. The best part with Misty is that you can tell when she's uninterested. I've played with her enough to know that this offer is genuine. And nobody is going to see it coming for a mile. This certainly changes things, as now technically I have an alliance with every person left in the game. What makes this less weasel-esque is that nobody knows about them. Yau thinks I'm in a final 3 deal with her and Anthony, DD thinks I'm with her til the finals, Heidi and Tracy feel tight with me, and now I have the M&M girls in an alliance. I wonder who that leaves out....
Parvati. There's been talks that Yau and Parvati refuse to vote for anyone except each other. Reminds me of a similar feud I've had before So when the choice is between voting one person who not only thinks i have a final 3 deal with them, but has massive rewards up her ass, vs. the one person who can fuck all this up for me, guess who's side I'll be on? Talking with DD earlier, she mimicked the idea that Yau is packing too much heat to vote out now. So now I've got the Parvati vote cleared with two sides. Getting tracy to keep yau shouldn't be a problem at all. Heidi will go with majoirty at this point, and M&M will simply be satisfied with it not being one of them.
I'm not quite sure how I did it, but it looks like I've set myself up in an awesome position. I've done what Parvati tried to do, but failed. She was too obvious, yet the Chameleon has once again found his way amongst many. Will this all go down as optimal as I've made it seem? Of course not. But I've developed many escape plans that can be deployed at any time, and times are most certainly a-changin' for ACGA.
