I try to get things done in this game. I really do. I'm sure you folks over in PW (most of you don't even read what I say) think I'm some worthless bum who is lucky to have made it to merge. Thanks to some people quitting, I did make it here. But it was by no way just luck. And if it was luck, I made it myself. I thought I had myself set up here for a nice blindside of Yau, but good 'ol Misty has to go blab herself away. Last round when I made the arrangement with her and Michelle, I thought this had the potential to go VERY bad. Luckily, it only went slightly bad. This morning while I was sitting humbly in my classes, Misty's pink bomb went off and she completely threw me under the bus. Excuse me for not letting her in that she was going to be the vote from the other side, but I was trying to avoid the exact thing that happened. So it's time to move to plan B.
Plan B involves denying, denying, and more denying. While I would've loved to blindside Yau this round, it now has become next to impossible. I suppose it'll have to wait until Misty and Michelle are both out, and hope it's not too late by then. If we never get the chance to do this, well then I hope Ant and Yau still are pegging me as their third wheel. I know I'm not as tight with either of them as they are with themselves, but the Chameleon has no better options but to pretend I'm the loyal lap dog. On the other hand, I hope Heidi and DD feel like they can keep me in their inner circle also. I tend to think that they do, but I haven't directly spoken with Danielle in a LONG time. Hopefully we'll be able to connect soon as we have a lot of planning to do.
At this point, I'm not sure who I'd want to go deep with. Perhaps myself and Tracy can find some middle ground between the two sides and manage our way in. If/when misty and michelle leave in the next two rounds, I'll be in an interesting situation. Definitely the bigger threats are Anthony/Yau, but perhaps they'd be comfortable cutting bait with each other once DD and Heidi are gone. They'll see myself and Tracy as easy goats and unless they really want to be noble, they'll take stabs at each other.
Not sure what the future holds, particularly with how I'll use that pesky feather of mine, but I hope that Misty can leave this round. I gave her a third chance in this series to redeem herself, she came close, but close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.
